All exercises can be edited, and if you don’t want to modify them, you can edit or regenerate them from our database. There’s no number limits for edits or additions to our exercise database.
The database includes 500+ exercises that range from push-ups to handstand push-ups, from a variety of core exercises to lunges, from full-body workouts to one-legged squats. We’re constantly adding new exercises, so you can keep learning new ones.
As for workouts, you can use our database to generate your own workouts and edit or regenerate the exercises in the database to create your own routines.
